Film Review - Central Intelligence

FILM REVIEW

Central Intelligence is an American film set in USA. This movie is starred by Dwayne ''The Rock'' Johnson and Kevin Hart, two famous actors who have joined for the first time in this movie. This movie doesn't have any important awards, it only has the ''Kids' Choice Award for favourite BBF's between The Rock and Kevin Hart.

Dwayne Johnson, that in the movie plays the role of Bob Stone, is an agent of the CIA who was victim of bullying in his adolescence. Twenty years later Bob comes back home to assist to a meeting of old students. With the excuse of working on a secret case, he gets the help from Kevin Hart that in the movie plays the role of Calvin Joyner, who is now a boring accountant. When Calvin realizes the trouble that he is getting in, it's too late, his new friend Bob is involving him in shootings, espionage and betrayals.

The most enjoyable thing is the comedy and action that has this movie. I really like the link between Dwayne Johnson and Kevin Hart, they are hilarious and easy to understand, and it is very easy to catch all the jokes. 


The only fault I can find is that some parts of the movie are boring and if Dwayne Johnson and Kevin Hart weren't in the movie I think that the movie wouldn't be as good as it has been.


In conclusion, I think that Central Intelligence is a very good movie and if you like comedy and action, it's a very enjoyable movie. See it if you can!

A WALK TO REMEMBER

A Walk to Remember is a film directed by Adam Shankman. The main characters are Shane West, that in the movie plays the role of Landon Carter, and Mandy Moore that in the movie plays the role of Jamie Sullivan.

It’s a romantic movie about an only child of a family, Landon Carter, which falls in love with the most unexpected person, Jamie. The movie wants to show the contrast between the girl, Jamie, that is very introverted, religious and patient person and the boy, Landon is a very popular student that he thinks himself as a rebel.

I think that the acting of both main characters is so natural. My favorite character is Landon Carter because I like the way he transforms his personality. If we contrast, at the beginning of the movie he was an arrogant person but at the end he is very patient, friendly and lovely. Also, I like specially the soundtrack because it is very peaceful. For that reason I love listening to it when I’m down because it cheers me up.

However, the image has not a really good definition because the movie is from 2002. Also, I don’t like very much the special effects for the same reason.

In conclusion, a walk to remember has been one of my favorite movies since one or two years ago. The first time I saw it I got really surprised. I seriously didn’t expect myself to like it so much. I really recommend this film because I think that it’s a very sad film and it makes you sympathize with that people who has got a disease  like cancer. 

BIOGRAPHY - MY FRIEND

Carlota Farré was born in Barcelona. She was born on January 6, 2001. She has a twin called Guillem, that is my friend too. We know each other since we were very little. She is doing an artistic batxillerat, because she likes a lot drawing and is very creative.

She is a good dancer and we make dance class together since 1st of Primary, her favorite type of music is reggaeton and pop, but she had always loved the remixes. 

She's a very important person for me, because I trust her a lot and she is always there when I need help. I like how positive is and how we laugh when we are together. We use to make silly, but funny things when we meet and we have a lot of fun when we go to a party.

We had been classmates for 6 years, but on 6th grade we separated to different classes, we are really good friends and I hope that this relationship last forever.

BIOGRAPHY - MY MUM

Gloria Valero Rojas was born in Barcelona on 8th March 1973. She is my mum, one of the most important people in my life. 

Gloria spent her teenage years in a convent school, Dominiques school.  When she was 18, she started working in a perfumery, but she didn’t like it because she had to work on Saturdays and some Sundays. Later, when she was 22, my grandfather suggested her that if she wants to work in their pharmacy.  She wanted and nowadays she is working there and she has been for 22 years there. When she was 29, she had her first daughter, me. After two years, she had my brother and later my sister. Her dream is to live 100 years and I think that she can get it because she is very healthy and very courageous.

She is very important for me because, since I was a child, she has done everything for me and for my family in general. She brings me security and all that I need. When I'm happy she is happy and everything is great, when I'm overwhelmed she advises me about the different situations in life, when I have problems she understands and try to help and give me advice… Also, she has many jobs because when I'm hunger she’s a cooker, when I’m sad or I have any problem she’s a psychologist, when I'm sick she helps me as if she was a doctor, when I don't understand something of maths she helps me as if she was of teacher and also she is a pharmacist and I appreciate it so much.

In conclusion, I think that my mum is the best mum that I could have because she’s incredible. She’s a lovely person and one of my references in life. I love spending time with all my family but especially with her. I love you mum and I hope that you stay there always.

Biography - My Grandmother

MY GRANDMOTHER

Rosalia Pallarés (my grandmother), was born in Barcelona on 30 November 1930. For me, she is a very important person in my life, because she has been taking care of me and supporting me since I was little. I love her so much and I could not live without her.

When she was little, she played jumping rope, hopscotch (la charranca),... She was very happy in that time. Because now, she is happy too, but when she's lonely, she feels sad, because her husband (my grandfather) died when I was not even born yet. My grandmother when it is with his friends and family, she's so much happier than when she's lonely, I feel like she's more cheerful when she's with us.


In conclusion, my grandmother is a very lovely person, but sometimes she's sad because she doesn't know what to do and she's bored.

My name is Mar Sand and I’m 15 but I'll be 16 very soon. I’m a very cheerful and curious but sometimes, I’m lazy and distracted. In my free time I watch my favorite tv series, like, big bang theory, grey's anatomy, game of thrones... I like listening music and talk with my friends. My favorite time of the year is Christmas because the happiness and the emotion, but my favorite season is summer because is hot and we are on holidays.
