Dear Sir / Madam, 

I am writing to inform you about an error of the payment of the 2019 Ipod that I bought last week online. 

When you guys launch a new product I am a potential target because I am faithful to this company and I like what type of products you produce but lately, I bought the new Ipod but for some reason you have charged me the price of two units when I just bought one and when I tried to cancel the order the automatic assistant said that the order was already sent. So, I waited a couple of days until the Ipod arrived but, I tought that since you guys charged me the price of two I was going to receive two Ipod's and then I could return one and get my money back. But since I only received one, I would like to recover my money. I am a little bit upset with your service and I want a solution.

Dear Sir or Madam from Gadgets,

I send this letter to complaint about a defective MP3 that I bought on Friday, it works wrong in several ways.

The day I arrived, the radio system started making some strange noises mixed with the voice in the FM transmissions.Yesterday I put music in the MP3 and when I try to play it, the music stopped.


I'm so frustrated with this product, because it does not work well. Therefore, I would like to obtain a full refund of my money, taking into account that the device is under warranty. I do not want a replacement because I do not want this product anymore.

Dear Sir / Madam,

I am writing to inform you about the error of the MP3 Player that I bought on internet last Friday on a site called Gadgets.

I am a regular customer of your company. When I started using, problems started to appear. The music reproductive didn’t work correctly and neither did the headphones. I was very surprised to discover such problems in quite an expensive model. I returned the MP3 Player in your store to be replaced with a new one but a shop assistant told me that I could not return it because I had used it previously. I want a solution and I am very upset for your poor service.

Hi Mark, 

Sorry I haven't written for so long, I've been doing a lot of cool things recently. 

Do you remember the photo of Dubai that I showed the last time we met? Well, I'm in that place right now. Me and Tyler went to spend a few weeks there, we visited the Burj Khalifa, we went to the top of the biggest building in the world! We also visited the Marina, the dunes with camel and the aquarium. But the coolest thing that we did was a helicopter ride above The Palm and Jumeirah beach.

And fun fact, the Dubai police arrested us because we were filming in a private area and they wanted to confiscate our cameras but we didn't want to, so we went to a police headquarters and finally they let us go, but I had the opportunity to step inside of a freaking Lamborghini. It was so beautiful and fast.

Anyway, how have you been? I saw on Facebook that you were in hospital a while ago. What happened? Did you have another soccer injury? I hope it wasn't too serious and that you're much better now.
