FORMAL EMAIL - Gerard Cot Pallarés

Write a letter of complain about an MP3 Player you bought on the internet last Friday on a site called Gadgets.


Dear Sir / Madam, 

I am writing to inform you about an error of the payment of the 2019 Ipod that I bought last week online. 

When you guys launch a new product I am a potential target because I am faithful to this company and I like what type of products you produce but lately, I bought the new Ipod but for some reason you have charged me the price of two units when I just bought one and when I tried to cancel the order the automatic assistant said that the order was already sent. So, I waited a couple of days until the Ipod arrived but, I tought that since you guys charged me the price of two I was going to receive two Ipod's and then I could return one and get my money back. But since I only received one, I would like to recover my money. I am a little bit upset with your service and I want a solution.
