Madam,
I am writing to
inform you about the error of the MP3 Player that I bought on internet last
Friday on a site called Gadgets.
I am a regular
customer of your company. When I started using, problems started to appear. The
music reproductive didn’t work correctly and neither did the headphones. I was
very surprised to discover such problems in quite an expensive model. I
returned the MP3 Player in your store to be replaced with a new one but a shop
assistant told me that I could not return it because I had used it previously.
I want a solution and I am very upset for your poor service.
